Ø       Engraving mistakes (not in accordance with specifications in your order)

Return Requirements:

Ø       Contact our service department within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order

Ø       Describe reason for return (any or a combination of those listed above)

Ø       Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our service department
